Central Credit Register
The Central Credit Register is designed to help protect consumers and support responsible borrowing.
If you take out a Loan365 loan of €500 or more, we may need to share your personal and credit information with the Central Credit Register to help build a more complete picture of your borrowing.

What it helps with
Loan365 also reports credit information about your loan each month so the Central Credit Register can match your borrowing across lenders and build a clearer credit record.
This is designed to help protect consumers from borrowing more than they can reasonably afford.
Your rights
Request your credit report at any time, free of charge, subject to the Central Credit Register fair usage policy.
Add a 200-word statement to explain your circumstances.
Ask for information to be corrected if it is wrong, incomplete or out of date.
Report any suspected identity fraud or impersonation.
Your data stays secure
We only share information with the Central Credit Register and do so securely in line with data protection laws. Information is stored for five years after the loan is repaid.
